Process of cancellation
For stays of 4 or more nights, our override conditions are:

-Within 10 days from the arrival: 30% of the stay;
-from 9 to 3 days from the arrival: 50% of the stay;
-from 2 days from the arrival 100% of the stay.
For stays less than 4 nights, our override conditions are:
no penalties by cancelling the room 72 hours prior arrival day. After that time, there will we one night no show charge.

Credit Card Information
A deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay will be taken from your credit card upon confirmation for bookings for stays of 4 or more nights. The remainder of the total booking price will be debited at the hotel at the end of your stay.

For stays less than 4 nights the credit card number will be hold as guarantee
